In March 2016, I had the opportunity to be an expert witness in the Hulk Hogan versus Gawker trial. Gawker had published an excerpt from a tape showing Hogan engaged in sexual activity with the wife of a former friend with the colorful name of Bubba the Love Sponge (legal name not a nickname).
